The Harvest for Hunger campaign consists of workplace giving, corporate opportunities, cause-marketing and Check Out Hunger, school engagement, and volunteer opportunities.
There are many ways to get involved, including hosting employee food & fund drives. Last year almost 200 companies, schools, nonprofits, and governmental entities in Northeast Ohio participated by running food and fund drives, raising over $2.7 million.
Companies can also get involved by matching employee donations and various sponsorship opportunities, in addition to group volunteering. To learn more about sponsorship, please email Harvest for Hunger.
Additionally, Check Out Hunger, a cashier-led fundraising effort in grocery stores across the region, gives customers the option to make a donation at the register. Participating stores include Buehler’s, Dave’s Markets, Giant Eagle, GetGo, Heinen’s Grocery Store, and Lucky’s Market.
Stay tuned for more information. We look forward to working with you for the 2025 campaign! If you have any questions, please call or email Harvest for Hunger.
