When we met the family, Evelyn, Julia’s older daughter, was excited to start kindergarten soon. “I’m eating a carrot!” Evelyn exclaims, showcasing her enthusiasm for the healthy snacks provided. I’m truly appreciative of it. I try to feed my kids as healthy as I can, but at least I know that the meal they get here is very healthy for them. This program really does help my kids,” she says.
