Child tax credit should be extended to help fight hunger, Greater Cleveland Food Bank and other advocates say

WASHINGTON, D. C. - As Northeast Ohio’s largest hunger-relief organization, the Greater Cleveland Food Bank has noticed that demand for its services in Cuyahoga, Lake, Geauga, Ashtabula, Ashland and Richland Counties rises when federal benefit programs end and ebbs when payments arrive.
