Food Bank to Distribute More Than 250,000 lbs. of Product Thursday, November 16 in Preparation for Thanksgiving

More than 75 volunteers and staff will be helping distribute fresh produce to clients at the Greater Cleveland Food Bank November 16 at 4 p.m. This special mass produce distribution happens once a month at the Food Bank. Last month, more than 1,500 people attended the distribution, where we distributed almost 30,000 lbs. of food in just two hours! Overall, the Food Bank is expected to distribute 250,000 pounds of food today to partner agencies throughout our service area and at the on-site distribution this afternoon.
