Member Agencies/Become a Member Agency

Thank you for your interest in partnering with the Greater Cleveland Food Bank. Our mission is to work together to ensure that everyone in our communities has the nutritious food they need every day.

Below are the steps to filling out an application to become a Member Agency. Please make sure to include all attachments. Applications for membership that are submitted and received after October 15, 2014 will not be reviewed until after January 1st, 2015. 

*Please note: The Greater Cleveland Food Bank is currently accepting applications for Pantry and Hot Meal programs only. Residential Treatment Facilities, Group Homes and other Congregate Feeding Sites are not being accepted at this time.*

1. Download the Member Agency Application here

  • Include a copy of the 501(c)3 IRS determination letter (This is not your tax exempt I.D. number, but a letter from the IRS confirming your organization’s tax exempt status)
  • Include a list of your organization’s Board of Directors, including their name, address and phone number
  • Include a Letter of Interest (Must be on your organization’s letterhead that includes a brief description of the program you operate or plan on operating. Please include the “who, what, where, when, and why” behind your organization’s mission and provide detailed information on how the program will be funded)
