In Need of Food? Contact Our Help Center

In 2012, the Greater Cleveland Food Bank launched a new benefits outreach initiative unique among food banks across the nation.

Our Help Center - dedicated to connecting more individuals in need with the program assistance they need – allows callers and walk-in clients the opportunity to complete an application for several government assistance programs. Clients can apply for Food Assistance (formerly food stamps), medical, cash and more than 20 other programs with one of our benefits counselors. Calls are free and confidential.

In the Food Bank service area, one in six people are food insecure. For children, those numbers are more dismal. One in five children in our service area is at risk of hunger.

We understand that you need a helping hand during hard times. You can turn to the Greater Cleveland Food Bank for help! We serve clients from Cuyahoga, Lake, Geauga, Ashtabula, Richland and Ashland Counties and we can connect you to pantries, hot meals and mobile pantries in your area. In addition, we can help you submit a SNAP application by phone!

Call us today at 216-738-2067 or toll-free at 1-855-738-2067.
